Brit raids Zurich for new finance chief Scott Egan
Scott Egan is to take over as Brit Insurance's group chief financial officer.
Brit Insurance shareholders will be asked to approve the nomination of Mr Egan as group CFO and a member of its statutory board at the general meeting of shareholders to be held no later than January
