Buckley Scott launches fixed-fee, fast-track service
Loss adjuster Buckley Scott has unveiled a new plan designed to tackle challenges for EL and PL claims introduced by the incoming civil justice reforms.
Buckley Scott said the April reforms will move claims handling towards stricter timescales, as well was early investigation and negotiation.
