Ink appoints Vela founder Scott as commercial director
Ink Insurance has appointed Duncan Scott to serve as its new commercial director.
Scott joins from Oval where he was responsible for developing underwriting business, and helped establish Vela Underwriting.
He previously headed up Elite Underwriting, part of the Layton Blackman
