Quindell swoops for Accident Advice Helpline parent
Quindell Portfolio has completed a deal to acquire Accident Advice Helpline parent Abstract Legal Holdings from 2 April.
The deal remains subject to approval from the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Financial Services Authority.
Quindell has paid a non-refundable deposit of £19.75m towards the deal, comprising
