The High Court has allowed John Lewis to proceed with its application to put a suspected phantom passenger on trial for contempt of court.
Law firm DWF and its client the John Lewis Partnership will bring committal proceedings against Nirmala Odedra, who filed a personal injury claim alleging that she was a passenger in a vehicle
