Jubilee parent completes Direct Group deal
Ryan Specialty Group is completing the acquisition of Direct Group today.
The deal for Doncaster-based Direct Group is expected to build on RSG's third-party administrations operation, Jubilee Service Solutions.
Direct Group will retain its branding under the arrangement
