'Signposting' agreement has not worked, says Age UK
The 'signposting' agreement introduced by the Association of British Insurers in April is not working effectively, according to a leading age charity.
Research published by Age UK suggested that 85% of people aged 80 and over who were initially refused motor insurance were not referred to other insurers or the British Insurance Brokers' Association
