Marsh appoints global upstream and midstream energy head
The broking giant has appointed Lloyd and Partners' Richard Higgins to the new role of global upstream and midstream energy leader.
Based in London, Higgins will be responsible for the global delivery of Marsh's range of upstream and midstream energy solutions.
He will report to Marsh's global energy practice chairman, Andrew
