Gallagher acquires Woodbrook
Arthur J. Gallagher International has acquired the business and certain assets of Woodbrook Underwriting Agencies.
Gallagher’s said the move is part of its strategic objective to grow its underwriting platform, to be known as AJG Underwriting Group.
The acquired business will be incorporated into OIM Underwriting
