Advent seals £200m investment in Towergate and CCV
Towergate Partnership has entered into a conditional agreement in relation to a £200m investment by global private equity firm Advent International.
Post Magazine first revealed the deal in mid December.
As a result of the investment, Advent will acquire separate shareholdings in each of Towergate and Cullum Capital Ventures.
