Zurich ready to appeal EL ruling
Zurich is seeking permission to appeal the Apppeal Court decision on employers' liability trigger litigation.
In a statement, the insurer said: "We are concerned that the Court of Appeal has not followed the 2008 decision of the High Court, which was consistent with the way insurers - including those involved
