Law Commisioner hails insurance act approval
Injured people should have improved access to insurance payments as a result of a new law which received Royal Assent yesterday.
The Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010 was based on the Law Commission and Scottish Law Commission's 2001 recommendations for reform of the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act
