AM Best assigns ratings to Max Capital US insurance subsidiary
Ratings agency A.M. Best has assigned a financial strength rating of A- (Excellent) and an issuer credit rating of "a-" to Bermudian (re)insurer Max Capital's US subsidiary Max America Insurance Company (MAIC) (South Bend, IN). The outlook for both ratings is positive.
