ABI/CILA claims protocol launched
The Association of British Insurers/Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters joint claims protocol has finally been launched, having been given its first public airing at last week's Post Magazine Claims Club meeting.
Commenting on the launch the CILA president, Andy King, said; “The driver for the discussions with the ABI was the large number of differing requests CILA members were receiving from insurers forOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
