EU looks at reinsurance directive
The European Commission has put forward a draft directive on reinsurance.
The directive would establish supervision of reinsurers by competent authorities in their home country, on the basis of which they could operate throughout the European Union (EU), with anyOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
