Actuarial firm responds to High Court case
Steve Mathews the director of EMB, an actuarial and business consultant firm, has commented on today's High Court case on mesothelioma, Durham v BAI and Others.
Mr Mathews said: "This judgment reinforces accepted market practice for decades.
