CIS profits slump to £8.4m
Co-operative Insurance Services' profits have dropped to £8.4m for 2008, compared to £67.1m the previous year.
In its results for the year ending 10 January 2009, CIS said the result is partly due to investment losses of £26m.
In addition, the report said that "2007 benefited relative to 2008 from the net
