ISO launches Measures of Excellence consulting service
The Insurance Services Office has launched a consulting service that helps insurance organisations create benchmarks for internal and industry best practices and provide consistent quality claims handling.
ISO claimed that customers who have already implemented the 'Measures of Excellence' service have achieved significant improvements in the assessments of personal injury claims payouts, realizingOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
