RGA unveils Triple X securisation
Reinsurance Group of America has announced that its subsidiary Timberlake Financial has completed an offering of $850m of 30-year notes.
The proceeds of the offering will provide long-term collateral to support Regulation Triple X reserves on approximately 1.5 million term life insurance policies with guaranteed level premium periods
