The London Market has welcomed the publication by the government of draft regulations for Insurance-Linked Securities for consultation.
The ILS draft regulations, announced as part of the Chancellor's budget announcement, include tax and non-tax regulations, as well as a supervisory statement from the Prudential Regulatory Authority
