Lloyd's names Canopius’ Beale as chief executive
Lloyd’s has named Canopius chief executive Inga Beale as its new chief executive, replacing Richard Ward from January 2014.
Ward will depart the London market at the turn of the year, taking on a new role as chairman of Brit Insurance from February.
The appointment follows months of speculation linking Beale to the role
