Tokio Marine HCC buys Qdos business unit
A subsidiary of Tokio Marine HCC has bought the contractor business unit of Qdos Group for an undisclosed sum.
HCC International will acquire Qdos Contractor, one of eight businesses that make up the Qdos Group.
The deal is still subject to regulatory approval, and is expected to close in Q4.
