Generali to sell Belgium business for €540m
Italy’s largest insurer Generali is to sell its Belgium-based subsidiary to Bermuda-based Athora Holdings for €540m (£469.5m).
The 11th largest insurer in Belgium, Generali Belgium provides retail and corporate insurance to clients through over 1,000 independent brokers and has approximately 420,000 customers served by 430
