Zurich to buy Oak Underwriting from RSA
Zurich has reached an agreement to acquire Oak Underwriting from RSA Insurance for an undisclosed sum.
Zurich said the transaction will enhance the group’s existing high net-worth proposition, Zurich Private Clients, and give it a broader distribution platform and enhanced regional presence.
