R&Q raises £45m additional capital to fund growth plans
Randall & Quilter has raised £45m in share capital which will provide “significant growth opportunities” in future, the company said.
R&Q said the shares had been sold to “certain institutional shareholders and directors”. However it is also looking to raise an addition £4.3m through an open offer of new ordinary shares.
