Novae shareholders give Axis deal the green light
Novae shareholders have overwhelmingly accepted a £477.6m takeover by Axis Capital with approximately 99.97% of shareholder votes cast in favour of the proposal.
A total of 249 shareholders, representing 71.53% of Novae’s issued ordinary share capital, voted on the takeover with 233 shareholders owning 71.5% of the equity base backing the deal.
