Axis unveils £468m Novae acquisition timeline
Axis has announced the timeline for its £468m acquisition of Novae.
Axis said the deal will complete in two stages. It will acquire Novae shares on 2 October, and once European Commission approval is granted, expected to be no later than 18 October, it will assume
