Insurers suffer BI blow as court hands down mixed judgment

The Commercial Court has ruled that non-damage denial of access extensions in Liberty Mutual policies respond to Covid business interruption losses.

On Friday (26 January), the court handed down its judgment on seven cases that were heard together over eight days last October and November.

The claimants in the various cases include pub chain Fuller
