Covéa boosts paternity pay programme
Covéa Insurance has enhanced its paternity pay by offering six weeks fully paid leave for dads of new babies.
It previously offered the HMRC statutory two weeks along with three days at full pay. The three days at full pay could be taken as part of the two weeks statutory pay, or any other time within one
