The Association of British Insurers has welcomed today’s publication of an independent report on the need for changes to the solicitors’ professional indemnity insurance market.
The report, by Charles Rivers Associates and commissioned by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, highlights that the move to an open market for solicitors professional indemnity insurance ten years
