Donaldson completes top team with commercial hires
The chief executive of RSA's Latvian business Tara Kneafsey is to move to the UK to drive forward the insurer's SME offering.
Ms Kneafsey succeeds Ken Norgrove who quit RSA in June to join Travelers in his native Ireland.
She will report to Paul Donaldson, managing director of RSA Commercial, when she joins the business
