Lockton denies fraud as Axa hit with legal action
Broker Lockton has denied acting fraudulently regarding a property developer’s claim, as fresh legal action was brought against insurer Axa.
The High Court action relates to a fire at Widnes industrial estate the Golden Triangle, one property of a wider portfolio insured by Axa, in June 2019.
