Unrated carrier Elite Insurance is withdrawing from the English and Welsh solicitors’ professional indemnity insurance market.
The Gibraltar-based firm has cited reducing premium rates, increased propensity to fraud on solicitors' client account and a proposed increase in the small claims market affecting personal injury
