Brisbane storm claims rise to over 57,000
The number of insurance claims from last week's huge hailstorm in Brisbane have climbed to 57,970 as of Tuesday morning.
42,950 of the claims have been for vehicles and 15,020 for house and content claims.
The overall cost for insurers is estimated at over A$300m (£162m) by the Insurance Council of Australia.
