Mass critical of CMA stance on repair networks
The Motor Accident Solicitors Society has condemned the findings from the Competition and Markets Authority, which said the watchdog would not investigate repair networks further.
The CMA today called for a cap on credit hire fees, and a bar on "wide" Most Favoured Nation clauses as part of its investigations in the motor insurance market, but added that it found insufficient
