Law Society to survey members on LEI
Arc Legal has cautioned respondents to a Law Society legal expenses insurance survey not to confuse commercial decisions by an insurer with dishonesty.
The survey was spurred by feedback from the society's members showing some insurers’ practices may be restricting people from choosing their own solicitor.
