South west Japan reels from record floods
Heavy rain between 11 and 16 July have caused widespread flooding and mudslides in Japan, catastrophe modeling firm AIR Worldwide reports.
Thousands of homes have been damaged on Japan's southern island of Kyushu following three days of extreme rainfall that resulted in flash floods and landslides.
