Motor Claims 2013: Aviva and Apil clash over whiplash medical evidence
Aviva claims director Dominic Clayden has questioned whether medical evidence should be a requirement for all low-level whiplash claims after expressing disillusionment with the current system.
Clayden, who was discussing the government’s whiplash consultation alongside Deborah Evans, chief executive of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, said medical reports have become “too vague”
