Cunningham Lindsey this week dispatched property adjusters and surveyors to the flooded Welsh city of St Asaph this week.
Around 500 properties have been affected, with some buildings flooded with 3ft deep water.
The loss adjuster said that primary domestic properties that have been damaged while the main shopping area
