Apil challenges MoJ portal plans
The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers has started a process that could lead to a judicial review into planned reforms of the Road Traffic Accident Portal.
The Law Society Gazette reported that the association has issued a ‘letter before action' to the Ministry of Justice addressing concerns with the extension to the portal, which is expected in April.
