LSB: Referral fees to be retained
The Legal Services Board has recommended that referral fees be retained but managed more closely.
The long-awaited decision comes after the Ministry of Justice decided to press ahead with plans to implement Lord Justice Jackson's Review of Civil Litigation Costs.
