Groupama calls for referral fees to be scrapped
Groupama Insurances has called for referral fees to be abolished and for the implementation of Lord Justice Jackson’s review of civil litigation costs.
The insurer made the calls in response to the House of Commons Transport Committee's report on the cost of motor insurance published last week.
