Cunningham Lindsey has picked five new trainees out of more than 500 applicants for the second year of its graduate recruitment programme. One of the graduates will be based in its agricultural property team while the rest will join the specialist adjusting network handling complex losses.

Training will be both on the job, with the support of a mentor, and through dedicated classroom sessions.

The programme is structured to enable trainees to achieve associate status of the Chartered
