LAM set to return within two years
London Authorities Mutual could make a return to the market within the "next 12 to 24 months", according to its management company.
LAM was forced into run-off in June 2009 after the Court of Appeal found that participation in a mutual was beyond the statutory powers of an authority in Risk Management Partners v Brent Local
