Harris Balcombe appoints former Crawford boss
Harris Balcombe has appointed former Crawford head of fraud, Neil Daniel, to lead its newly launched fraud division.
Daniel will be responsible for formulating a fraud strategy to support brokers in managing and combatting insurance fraud.
