Coversure in MBO supported by Fat Face backer
Coversure Insurance Services Group has been acquired by the current management team as part of a buyout supported by private equity firm Livingbridge.
The deal comprises the entire group: online wholesaler Policyfast; specialist underwriters CUL; software house Data Matters; and insurance broker franchise Coversure.
It is supported by Livingbridge
