Ryan Direct bought by Towergate owners
Ryan Direct Group has been bought by the private equity backers of Towergate, Madison Dearborn Partners and HPS Investment Partners.
Ryan Direct, will be renamed ‘Direct Group’, following its acquisition from former parent Ryan Speciality Group. The senior leadership team will continue in their current positions in the business.
