Marsh to acquire Bluefin from Axa for £295m
Global broker Marsh is continuing its UK SME push after reaching agreement with Axa over the acquisition of national broker Bluefin.
If completed the £295m deal will bring together Jelf with Bluefin to be led by Jelf CEO Phil Barton. The combined group would serve 250,000 clients in 80 locations and become one of the largest
