Downey and Lum take JLT Singapore leadership roles
David Lum deputy chairman of JLT Asia, and Warren Downey, deputy CEO of JLT Asia, are to become chairman and managing director respectively of the broker's Singapore office.
The decision comes after five senior brokers left JLT to join rival Howden, including JLT's longstanding managing director Goh Chye Huat. Chye Huat has become CEO and principal officer of Howden's
