Keey denies diverting Towergate acquisition opportunity
Christopher Keey, a former independent consultant to Arthur J Gallagher, has denied involvement in diverting an opportunity to acquire Towergate away from Gallagher and also rejected being any part of an orchestrated team move to the broker.
In a defence document, signed by Keey on 5 May, it is stated that - contrary to allegations made in legal proceedings initiated by Gallagher - Keey was actively engaged in trying to recruit Towergate
